Hi, I’m Nicola Cranie

I am also an senior member of ACCPH (Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists) and Psychology Today.

In addition, I am a Graduate Member of The British Psychological Society (GMBPsS)

As a therapist based in Scotland, I am a registered member of the PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) Scheme registered to work with both adults and children.

I also work with therapists, counsellors and mental health professionals who need support and space to focus on themselves . Not as the helper, but as a human being with their own struggles and needs.

On a personal note, I believe that therapy doesn’t have to be stiff or formal to be effective. I bring warmth, a good sense of humour and a down to earth approach to every session. Creating a safe space where you can be yourself , feel relaxed and be understood .

My clients often tell me they feel lighter, calmer, happier and more in control after just a few sessions, demonstrating that real change doesn’t have to take a long time.

I am committed to ethical practice and continuous professional development to provide the highest standard of care for all clients”
