Sessions 1-2: Recognition & Safety
We identify your specific high-functioning anxiety patterns - where you perform, where you hide, where the gap shows up. Using IEMT, we begin releasing the shame and "something's wrong with me" beliefs. Your nervous system starts feeling safe enough to let go.
Sessions 3-4: Root Patterns
We work with the core emotional imprints that created your high-functioning anxiety - often the moments you learned to hide who you really are, to push through, to be "fine" when you weren't. This is where deep unconscious patterns shift.
Sessions 5-6: Reconnection & Integration
As anxiety patterns resolve, we help you reconnect with your authentic self - the person beneath the performance. We integrate all parts: the capable achiever AND the sensitive feeler, the strong person AND the vulnerable human.
Sessions 7-8: Authentic Living
We anchor your new patterns and explore what it means to live authentically - to be yourself without the mask, to feel calm because you're aligned with who you actually are, not because you're managing it well.
